Returns
We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returning an item are non-refundable unless the product is defective or has been damaged during shipping.

At GlowMy, we are committed to customer satisfaction and believe in the effectiveness of our products. Therefore, we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee if the product does not deliver the promised results. However, in order to maintain our fair and transparent policy, we ask our customers to follow the guidelines below:
Warranty Guidelines:
1. Period of Use:
The product must be used daily for a minimum period of 60 days.
2.Duration of Daily Use:
The product must be used for at least 10 minutes every day.
3. Documentation of Use:
- The customer must provide daily photos that prove the use of the product.
- Each photo must include a visible date, which can be automatically generated by the camera.
- Photos must be clear and show before and after using the product in the eye area.
4.Exchange Request:
- If the promised results are not observed after 60 days of use, the customer can request to exchange the product.
- The request must be made within the 60-day warranty period.
- Customer must send all documented photos as proof of daily use as described above.
5.Application Evaluation:
- Our support team will review the documentation provided to verify compliance with the usage guidelines.
- If all conditions are met, the exchange will be processed as per our policy.
6. Exclusions:
- The exchange guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product.
- The warranty is only valid for the first owner of the product and is not transferable.
